Spring Clean-up Jay Turley, Assistant City Manager for the City of Presentation by Bend, explained that this will be the same type of the City of program that was used last year. Drop boxes will Bend be placed around town for grass clippings, brush, (action item) etc. for the use of the public. The fee for dumping to the franchisees will be waived.
