THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO ADJUST THE COMMON PROPERTY LINES AS SET FORTH IN
CITY OF BEND PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT NUMBERS PZ-20-0323, PZ-20-0324, PZ-20-0325,
PZ-20-0326, PZ-20-0327, PZ-20-0328, AND PZ-20-0329.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS SOUTH 89057'40" EAST BETWEEN THE NORTH
ONE -SIXTEENTH CORNER COMMON TO SECTIONS 35 AND 36, TOWNSHIP 17 SOUTH, RANGE 11
EAST, WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN AND THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 1 OF THE PLAT OF TREE
FARM (R6).
THE NORTH RIGHT OF WAY OF SKYLINERS ROAD WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING RECORD
RADIUS AND FOUND MONUMENTS SET IN (R3), (R6), (R7), AND DESCHUTES COUNTY SURVEY
(CS02178).
THE WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF NW CROSBY DRIVE WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING FOUND
