IT WAS FOUND THAT MOST IF NOT ALL OF THE RIGHT OF WAYS INCLUDED IN THIS SURVEY DO NOT FOLLOW PUBLIC LAND SURVEY SYSTEM LINES, FOR THIS REASON SHEET 1 IS THE ONLY SHEET WHICH FULLY REPORTS THE RETRACED BEARINGS AND DISTANCES OF THESE LINES. IN MOST INSTANCES A SHIFT IN THE RIGHT OF WAY EXISTS ALONG THESE PUBLIC LAND SURVEY SYSTEM LINES FOR THE DEDICATIONS ARE NOT IDENTICAL ON BOTH SIDES FOR VARYING REASONS.
