THE .PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO RECLASSIFY THE TRACT DESCRIBED AS

THE OREGON CONDOMINIUM ACT, AS REQUESTED BY THE DECLARANT, SUNDOG
BLAKELY, LLC.
CONTROL FOR THIS SURVEY WAS BASED ON THE SURVEY MONUMENTS FOUND IN
THE FIELD AND SHOWN AS HELD ON THIS MAP, AND THE PLAT OF BLAKELY
CONDOMINIUM, WHICH ALSO SERVES AS THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS
SUPPLEMENTAL PLAT. MONUMENTS SET DURING THE COURSE OF THIS SURVEY
