THE "SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE". CONTROL FOR THIS SURVEY IS BASED ON THE
ORIGINATING SURVEY OF THE PARENT PARCEL, CS 03791(R2), FROM RECORD
MONUMENTS FOUND AT EAST CORNERS PER (R2), AND RECORD MONUMENTS
