ON THE DEEDS (D1) AND (D2), AND RECORD SURVEYS (R1), (R2), (R3), (R4)
AND (R5), AND EXISTING MONUMENTS FOUND AND SET DURING THE COURSE
OF THIS SURVEY.
THE SOUTH LINE WAS HELD BETWEEN THE RECORD MONUMENTS FOUND AT 'A'
AND 'B'. THIS LINE WAS HELD AS THE BASIS OF BEARINGS, WITH THE BEARING
FOR THIS LINE TAKEN FROM (R1). THE SOUTH LINE OF PARCEL 1 WAS
DETERMINED BY JUNIOR/SENIOR RIGHTS FROM (D1) AND (D2) DISTANCES.
