RECORD DEED DOCUMENT NO. 2009-25417, AND AS DESCRIBED IN THE "SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE". CONTROL FOR
THIS SURVEY WAS BASED ON SAID PLAT, CS06967, CS06968, CS16746, AND FROM EXISTING MONUMENTS FOUND
AND SET DURING THE COURSE OF THIS SURVEY.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS A LINE BETWEEN THE RECORD MONUMENTS FOUND AS SET PER
CS06967 ON THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID TRACT DESCRIBED IN DEED DOCUMENT NO. 2009-25417, WITH THE
BEARING TAKEN FROM CS06967.
THE WESTERLY LINE WAS HELD BETWEEN THE RECORD MONUMENTS FOUND ON THAT LINE. HOLDING THE (R4)
MONUMENT FOR THE ANGLE POINT. THIS SOLUTION MATCHED THE ANGULAR RELATIONSHIP DEPICTED IN (R4).
THE NORTHEASTERLY LINE WAS HELD BETWEEN THE RECORD MONUMENTS FOUND AT THE NORTHERLY AND
EASTERLY CORNERS OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY.
THE SOUTHERLY LINE WAS HELD BETWEEN THE RECORD MONUMENTS FOUND AT THE WESTERLY AND SOUTHERLY
CORNERS OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY.
THE EASTERLY LINE (WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF SUMMER SHADE DRIVE) WAS DETERMINED AS FOLLOWS:
