1-10.
THE MONUMENTS MARKING THE WEST LINE OF SAID EAST HALF OF LOT 6 (THE NORTHWEST AND SOUTHWEST CORNERS
OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY) PER REFERENCE (B), A 3/4 INCH IRON PIPE OF NO RECORD AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF
THE SUBJECT PROPERTY AND A 5/8 INCH IRON ROD WITH YELLOW PLASTIC CAP STAMPED "SCE&S" AT THE NORTHEAST
CORNER OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY WERE RECOVERED IN GOOD CONDITION TO ESTABLISH THE WEST, EAST, NORTH
AND SOUTH LINES OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY. A 3/4 INCH IRON PIPE OF NO RECORD MARKING THE NORTHEAST CORNER
