I WAS RETAINED TO SURVEY AND PARTITION THAT PARCEL OF °LAND DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "B"
CONTAINED IN STATUTORY BARGAIN . AND SALE DEED "RECORDED AS INSTRUMENT 2013-44236,
DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS, WHICH DESCRIBES LOT'5 AND A PORTION OF LOT 6, RELCO
STATION, PHASE 2, PURSUANT TO CITY OF SISTERS PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT LLA 13-06. THE SOUTHEASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID PARCEL AND ITS EASTERLY PROLONGATION TO THE
SOUTHWESTLY' RIGHT OF WAY OF ARROWLEAF TRAIL WAS HELD BETWEEN THE FOUND MONUMENTS AT
ITS SOUTHERN MOST CORNER, THE REEVES MONUMENT AT THE SOUTHERLY MOST CORNER OF THE
ADJACENT ADJUSTED LOT 6, AND THE SIMS MONUMENT AT SAID RIGHT OF WAY LINE. THIS LINE WAS
