THIS SURVEY WAS THE WEST LINE OF SAID LAND AS MEASURED BETWEEN FOUND
MONUMENTS SET PER (R1).
THE BOUNDARY OF THE SUBJECT LAND WAS SHOWN AS BEING ADJUSTED IN (R2)
BUT THE ADJUSTMENT WAS NEVER PERFECTED THROUGH THE RECORDATION OF DEEDS.
THE MONUMENTS SET PER (Rl)L WERE FOUND IN GOOD CONDITION AND WERE HELD AS
