IN DEED 2020-23460 (BEING A CONSOLIDATION OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN DEED 2011-36197
AND PARCEL 3 OF PARTITION PLAT 1998-21) AND THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN DEED 2018-47063,
BEING PARCEL 2 OF PAR717ION PLAT 1998-21. 1 FOUND AND HELD MONUMENTS AS SHOWN HEREON,
EITHER FOUND OR SET BY JOEL SMITH FOR SAID PARTITION PLAT. I DIDN'T LOCATE ALL MONUMENTS
ON BOTH PROPERTIES, BUT ONLY WHAT WAS NEEDED TO CORRECTLY ESTABLISH THE CORNERS FOR
THIS ADJUSTMENT. THE AREA OF TAX LOT 3602 IS FROM DEED DIMENSIONS AND DIFFERS SLIGHTLY
FROM THE ASSESSOR'S MAP.
MY BEARINGS ARE BASED ON THE LINE BETWEEN FOUND MONUMENTS AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER
OF PARCEL 2 AND THE ANGLE POINT IN THE NORTH LINE OF PARCEL 3, PER SAID PARTITION PLAT
(P) AS SHOWN HEREON.
THE DEED FOR THE FINAL CONFIGURATION OF BOTH PARCELS AND THE TWO
EXCHANGE PARCELS IS: 2020-46653.
