NARRATIVE
WE WERE COMMISSIONED BY 0. JAY MERRILL, TRUSTEE OF PARCELS
1 AND 2, AS DESCRIBED IN DOCUMENT NO. 2020-04711, TO
ADJUST THE COMMON LINE BETWEEN THE TWO PARCELS.
PRESENTLY THIS COMMON LINE BISECTS AN EXISTING BUILDING.
THIS ADJUSTMENT RELOCATES THE COMMON LINE NORTH OF THE
BUILDING, PARTIALLY ALONG AN EXISTING FENCE.
IN THIS ADJUSTMENT THE EAST LINE OF THE NE 1 /4 SE 1 /4 WAS
HELD FOR THE EAST LINE OF BOTH PARCELS. THE NORTH LINE OF
PARCEL 2 WAS HELD AS BEING PARALLEL WITH, AND 30 FEET
SOUTHERLY OF THE EASTERLY PROLONGATION OF THE NORTH
BOUNDARY OF PP 2007-35, THIS LINE BEING COINCIDENT WITH THE
SOUTH LINE OF REFERENCE SURVEY G. RECORD MEASUREMENTS
PER REFERENCE SURVEY A WERE HELD IN THE PLACEMENT OF THE
CENTERLINE OF LATERAL E, THIS CENTERLINE BEING THE SOUTH AND
WEST LINES OF PARCEL 1, AND THE WEST LINE OF PARCEL 2. THE
ORIGINAL COMMON LINE BETWEEN PARCELS 1 AND 2, ABANDONED
BY THIS ADJUSTMENT, WAS PROPORTIONED ALONG THE EAST LINE OF
THE NE 1 /4 SE 1 /4, AND ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF LATERAL E,
USING MEASUREMENTS MADE IN REFERENCE SURVEY A.
THE DESIRED ADJUSTMENT WAS CALCULATED AND DESCRIBED, AND
MONUMENTS WERE SET AS SHOWN. THE BEARINGS OF THIS
ADJUSTMENT SURVEY ARE BASED ON THE EAST LINE OF THE NE 1 /4
SE 1 /4 AS PER REFERENCE SURVEYS A, B, D AND G.
TRANSFER TRACT
COMMENCING AT A 3/4 " PIPE MONUMENSI NG THE EAST 114 CORNER OF
SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 15 SOUTH, RANGE 13 EAST, WILLAMETTE
MERIDIAN; THENCE SOO*11'38"E ALONG THE EAST LINE OF NE1/4 SE1/4
OF SAID SECTION 16, 540.08 FEET TO A 1/2" PIPE WITH CAP MARKED
"POVEY & ASSOC.". AND TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE
S00' 11 '38 "E ALONG SAID EAST LINE, 110.55 FEET TO THE SOUTH LINE
OF PARCEL" 2, AS DESCRIBED IN DOCUMENT NO. 2020-04711,
DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS; THENCE S8903827"W ALONG
SAID SOUTH LINE, 301.03 FEET TO THE CENTERLINE OF CENTRAL
OREGON IRRIGATION DISTRICT LATERAL E; THENCE ALONG SAID LATERAL
CENTERLINE AS FOLLOWS: 158.24 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF A
NON -TANGENT 150.00 FOOT RADIUS CURVE TO THE RIGHT, THE CHORD
OF WHICH BEARS N26'22'08"E, 151.00 FEET; THENCE N56'3527"E,
52.67 FEET; THENCE 18.13 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF A 100.00 FOOT
RADIUS CURVE TO THE LEFT, THE CHORD OF WHICH BEARS
