SURVEYOR'S NARRATIVE:
WE WERE HIRED BY JACOB BUCHANAN TO MONUMENT HIS PROPERTY AT
LOT 52 MAJESTIC RIDGE, PHASE 3 TOGETHER WITH PROPERTY HE ACQUIRED
THROUGH ROAD VACATION OF FORKED HORN BUTTE (RV1). THIS VACATION
DOCUMENT CONVEYS THE RIGHT OF WAY TO LOTS 51, 52, 53, AND 54 OF
MAJESTIC RIDGE PHASE 3. FOR APPORTIONING LIMITS OF LAND OWNERSHIP OF
THIS ROAD VACATION, WE FOLLOWED CURTIS BROWN'S BOUNDARY CONTROL AND
LEGAL PRINCIPLES REVERSION RIGHTS PRINCIPLE 6. UNLESS A DEED OR MAP THAT
CREATED THE EASEMENT OR DEDICATION INDICATES OTHERWISE, REVERSION RIGHTS
EXTEND FROM THE STREET TERMINI OF THE PROPERTY LINES TO THE CENTER LINE
OF OR THREAD OF THE STREET IN A DIRECTION THAT IS AT RIGHT ANGLES TO THE
CENTERLINE OF THE STREET. IN THIS CASE, THE VACATION DOCUMENT
SPECIFICALLY STATES WHICH LOTS ARE TO GAIN THE PROPERTY AND THIS EXTENDS
ACROSS THE CENTER LINE OF FORKED HORN BUTTE ROAD. WE USED EXTENSION
LINES PERPENDICULAR TO THE EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY AS THIS IS THE BEST
AVAILABLE EVIDENCE OF THE CENTERLINE OF FORKED HORN BUTTE ROAD AS PER
MAJESTIC RIDGE PHASE 3 (R1).
FOR THE NE CORNER OF LOT 52, WE HELD A RECORD DISTANCE FROM
LOCATION 1 ON A LINE TO LOCATION 2. FOR THE SE CORNER OF LOT 52,
WE HELD RECORD CURVE LENGTH AND RADIUS FROM LOCATION 2 THRU
LOCATION 3. FOR THE SW CORNER OF LOT 52 WE HELD THE LINE FROM
LOCATION 5 TO LOCATION 4 AND PROPORTIONING THE DISTANCES.
FOR THE WEST LINE OF THE ROAD VACATION WE HELD FROM LOCATION 7 TO
LOCATION 8. LOCATION 7 WAS DETERMINED BY HOLDING RECORD BEARING
AND DISTANCE FROM (RV1). WE EXTENDED PERPENDICULAR LINES FROM THE
EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF FORKED HORN BUTTE FROM LOCATIONS 4, 5,
AND SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 52.
THERE WERE NO UNUSUAL CIRCUMSTANCES FOUND DURING THE COURSE OF
THE SURVEY.
THE BASIS OF BEARING FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE CENTRAL OREGON
SCALE: 1 `40' COORDINATE SYSTEM.

(INCLUDING BNDM, REDM, LAPN, P387 SISTERS, PNVL, AND MDRS)
WITH SPECTRA PRECISION SP80. THE CALIBRATION TIES MULTIPLE
COCS POINTS USING PUBLISHED COORDINATES. THE COCS
HORIZONTAL DATUM IS NAD83 (91) AND USES A MOLONDENKSY
