SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE:
I, Robin Michael Tye, a Registered Professional Land Surveyor No. 65719 in the
State of Oregon, do hereby certify that I or those under my direct supervision
have made a survey of the lands shown on this plat of survey and further
certify that said lands were correctly surveyed according to State Statutes
and the Rules of Common Law.
SURVEYOR'S NARRATIVE:
The purpose of this survey was to establish the boundary lines of Lot 46, Block ZZ,
Deschutes River Woods, located in the Southwest One —Quarter of the Southwest
One —Quarter Section 23, Township 18 South, Range 11 East, Willamette Meridian,
Deschutes County, Oregon. Control for this survey was based on the referenced
surveys on this survey map, and existing monuments found during the course of
this survey. The BASIS OF BEARINGS for this survey is the line between the held
monument found at the Southwest corner of said Lot 46 and holding the record
50.00' Right —of —Way from the monument found at the Northwest corner of Lot 2,
Block YY, said Deschutes River Woods. We did an extensive search of the area and
found the monuments North of the canal running along the North Line of said Lot
46 had no relationship with the monuments found South of the canal. Prior survey
(CS13888) notes large discrepancies between monuments North and South of the
canal. Based upon monuments recovered on the portion of the plat South of the
canal the boundary of said Lot 46 was held at Record Data from the held
Southwest corner of said Lot 46. We set a reference monument for the Northwest
corner of said Lot 46 due to. the fact that the North line lands in the existing
canal. Monuments found and set during the course of this survey are as shown on
the subjoined survey map.
Note that there are geometry errors on this portion of the plat that do not allow
some lots to mathematically close
