SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE:
I, Robin Michael Tye, a Registered Professional Land Surveyor No. 65719 in the
State of Oregon, do hereby certify that I or those under my direct supervision
have made a survey of the lands shown on this plat of survey and further
certify that said lands were correctly surveyed according to State Statutes
and the Rules of Common Law.
SURVEYOR'S NARRATIVE:
The purpose of this survey was to establish the boundary lines of the property
described in Document Number 2015-32079, Deschutes County Official Records,
being Lot 18, and the West 5.00 feet of Lot 19, Block 27, Bonne Home Addition to
Bend, located in the Northeast One —Quarter of the Southwest One —Quarter of
Section 31, Township 17 South, Range 12 East, Willamette Meridian, City of Bend,
Deschutes County, Oregon. Control for this survey was based on the deeds,
referenced surveys on this survey map, and existing monuments found during the
course of this survey. The BASIS OF BEARINGS for this survey is the line between
the held monuments found on the North Right —of —Way line of Elgin Avenue being
the Southwest corner of Lot 13 and the Southeast corner of Lot 20, in said Block
27. The monument found near the Southwest corner of said Lot 18 was held for its
East—West position. I held a line between the monuments found on the South Line
of the Alley of said Block 27 between the Northwest corner of Lot 14 and the
Northwest corner of Lot 20 to establish the North line of said document. I then
used the proportioning method to establish the the East and West lines of said Lot
18, and the portion of Lot 19. Monuments found and set during the course of this
survey are as shown on the subjoined survey map.
