3, AND PARCEL 4 IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2020-1222 AND THE
PARCEL DESCRIBED IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2020-1225 PER CITY
OF BEND FILE NUMBERS PZ 20-0399, PZ 20-0400, PZ 20-0401,
AND PZ 20-0402.
FOUND MONUMENTS (A), (B), (D), (E), (F), (G), AND (H) WERE
HELD FOR THE DETERMINATION OF THE PROPERTY BOUNDARY.
THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY WAS DETERMINED AS THE LINE
BETWEEN FOUND MONUMENTS (A) AND (H).
THE NORTHEASTERLY BOUNDARY WAS DETERMINED BY HOLDING
FOUND MONUMENTS (H) AND (G).
THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY WAS DETERMINED AS THE LINE THROUGH
FOUND MONUMENT (G) WHICH IS 40.00 FEET WESTERLY OF AND
