THIS SURVEY WAS PERFORMED AT THE REQUEST OF MARILYN KARNOPP.
THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO ADJUST AND MONUMENT (PER CITY
OF BEND PZ 20-0433) THE COMMON PROPERTY LINE BETWEEN LOTS 6 AND
11, BLOCK 4, SECOND ADDITION TO WEST HILLS RECORDED IN DESCHUTES
COUNTY OFFICIAL PLAT RECORDS.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS BASED UPON THE EAST LINE
OF SAID LOT 11 BLOCK 4, SECOND ADDITION TO WEST HILLS.
ALL MONUMENTS SHOWN HEREIN WERE HELD FOR THIS SURVEY.
CORRESPONDING RECORD AND MEASURED DATA ARE SHOWN ON THIS MAP
AND LISTED IN THE TABLE OF REFERENCES.
THE NW CORNER OF SAID LOT 6 WAS ESTABLISHED BY SINGLE PROPORTION
FROM THE NE CORNER OF SAID LOT 6 TO THE NW CORNER OF LOT 7,
BLOCK 4, SECOND ADDITION TO WEST HILLS.
THE SW CORNER OF SAID LOT 11 WAS ESTABLISHED BY SINGLE PROPORTION
FROM THE SE CORNER OF SAID LOT 11 TO THE SW CORNER OF LOT 10,
BLOCK 4, SECOND ADDITION TO WEST HILLS.
THE NW CORNER OF SAID LOT 11 WAS ESTABLISHED BY DISTANCE -DISTANCE
INTERSECTION (HOLDING RECORD PLATTED DISTANCES) FROM THE NE AND
SW CORNERS OF SAID LOT 11, BLOCK 4, SECOND ADDITION TO WEST HILLS.
THE SW CORNER OF SAID LOT 5 WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING PLATTED
RECORD DISTANCES ALONG THE CALCULATED NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 11.
