SURVEYOR'S NARRATIVE
WE WERE RETAINED BY MICHAEL ADDINGTON TO PREPARE A CONDOMINIUM PLAT FOR THE BUILDING ON THE PARCEL OF
LAND DESCRIBED IN THE SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE.
TO ESTABLISH THE SUBJECT PROPERTY WE RETRACED BLOCK 41 OF THE PLAT OF RIVERSIDE (0). MONUMENTS WERE FOUND
AND HELD PER LOT SURVEY BY DAVID EVANS & ASSOCIATES, CS11190 (r2), WHICH RETRACED AND RE-ESTABLISHED THE
EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR CORNERS OF SAID BLOCK 41.
THE FOUND MONUMENTS PER (r2) AT THE NORTHEAST, SOUTHEAST AND SOUTHWEST CORNERS OF BLOCK 41 FIT THE
RECORD DIMENSIONS PER (r2) AND WERE HELD. THE NORTHWEST BLOCK CORNER WAS ESTABLISHED BY
DISTANCE -DISTANCE INTERSECTION USING THE RECORD DISTANCES PER (r2).
THE FOUND MONUMENT AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY WAS HELD PER (r2). THE REMAINING
CORNERS OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY WERE ESTABLISHED USING RECORD DISTANCES ALONG THE RIGHT OF WAY LINES
PER (r2).
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM AS DETERMINED BY GPS
OBSERVATIONS USING THE OREGON REAL-TIME GNSS NETWORK (ORGN).
