WE WERE RETAINED BY PRI LODGING, LLC TO MONUMENT THE ADJUSTED PROPERTY LINES PER CITY OF BEND
PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENTS, PROJECT NO. PZ 20-0108 AND PZ 20-0109.
THE PURPOSE OF PZ 20-0108 IS TO ADJUST THE PROPERTY LINE BETWEEN PARCEL 1 AND PARCEL 2,
PARTITION PLAT NO.2010-07.
THE PURPOSE OF PZ 20-0109 IS TO ADJUST THE PROPERTY LINE BETWEEN THE RESULTING ADJUSTED PARCEL
2 PER PZ 20-0108 AND PARCEL 3, PARTITION PLAT NO.2010-07.
REFERENCE SHOULD BE MADE TO MY TWO RECENTLY FILED "RECORDS OF SURVEY", FILED AS CS20134 &
CS20170 ALONG WITH PARTITION PLAT NO. 2010-07 COMPLETED BY THIS OFFICE. I FOUND THAT MOST OF THE
MONUMENTS I RECOVERED, AS REPORTED ON THESE SURVEYS AGREE WITH THE RECORD AND WERE HELD
UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.
THE LINE EXTENDING NORTHERLY OUT OF CURVE 9 IS NON -TANGENT TO CURVE 9. IN ADDITION, CURVE 5
EXTENDING NORTHERLY OUT OF THIS LINE IS NON -TANGENT PER PARTITION PLAT NO. 2010-07. THESE
COURSES WERE COMPUTED BASED ON RECOVERED MONUMENTS AND RECORD RADIUS.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM AS DETERMINED
BY GPS OBSERVATIONS USING THE THE OREGON REAL-TIME GNSS NETWORK (ORGN).
