THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO PARTITION THAT PARCEL DESCRIBED
IN THE "SURVEYORS CERTIFICATE". CONTROL FOR THIS SURVEY WAS BASED ON
THE DEED(D), AND RECORD SURVEYS (R1), (R2), (R3), (R4) AND (R5), AND
EXISTING MONUMENTS FOUND AND SET DURING THE COURSE OF THIS SURVEY.
THE WEST AND SOUTH BOUNDARY LINES OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY WERE
