NARRATIVE
WE WERE COMMISSIONED BY REDMOND HABITAT FOR HUMANITY TO
ADJUST THE PROPERTY LINES OF THREE PROPERTIES THEY OWN,
LOCATED IN THE NE114 NE114 OF SECTION 20. THE NEW PROPERTY
LINES IN THIS ADJUSTMENT SURVEY ARE TO FOLLOW, IN PART,
ALONG THE COMMON WALLS OF A TRI-PLEX LOCATED AT THE REAR OF
THE PROJECT.
IN THE SURVEY OF THIS ADJUSTMENT THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF
"MOUNTAIN GARDENS", REFERENCE SURVEY C, WAS HELD AS THE
NORTH LINE OF TRACT 3. THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF UNADJUSTED
TRACT 1 WAS PROPORTIONED BETWEEN FOUND MONUMENTS, USING
PROPORTIONAL MEASUREMENTS PER REFERENCE SURVEY B. THE EAST
LINE OF THE PROJECT WAS PROLONGED TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF
"MOUNTAIN GARDENS" FOR THE PLACEMENT OF THE NORTHEAST
CORNER OF TRACT 3. THE WEST LINE OF THE PROJECT WAS PLACED
ALONG THE EAST LINE OF THE WEST 30 FEET OF THE NE114 NE114.
RECORD DATA PER REFERENCE SURVEY B WAS HELD TO ESTABLISH THE
WESTERLY CORNERS OF UNADJUSTED TRACTS 1 AND 2.
FINALLY, THE DESIRED TRACT CONFIGURATIONS AND THE LOCATION
OF THE RECIPROCAL EASEMENT WERE CALCULATED AND DESCRIBED,
AND MONUMENTS WERE SET AS SHOWN. THE BEARINGS OF THIS
ADJUSTMENT SURVEY ARE BASED ON THE EAST LINE OF THE NE114
NE114 OF SECTION 20, AS PER REFERENCE SURVEY C.
