NARRATIVE
THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO MONUMENT A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT
APPROVED UNDER CITY OF REDMOND CASEFILE 711-20-000031-PLNG-LLA.
THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN THE NORTHWEST ONE -QUARTER OF THE
NORTHEAST ONE -QUARTER OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 15 SOUTH, RANGE 13 EAST,
WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN.
THE SOUTH LINE WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING FOUND MONUMENTS ALONG THE
NORTH LINE OF PARCEL 1, PARTITION PLAT 2009-5. SAID LINE WAS HELD AS THE
BASIS OF BEARINGS.
THE WEST LINE WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING FOUND MONUMENTS AS SHOWN
PER REFERENCES 1, 2, AND 3.
THE NORTH LINE WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE SOUTH LINE OF DORSCH
ACRES. THE NW CORNER OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY WAS ESTABLISHED BY
HOLDING THE FOUND 3/4" IRON PIPE AT THE SW CORNER OF SAID DORSCH ACRES.
THE SOUTH LINE OF DORSCH ACRES WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE FOUND
3/4" IRON PIPE AT THE SW CORNER OF SAID PLAT AND THE CALCULATED POSITION
OF THE SE CORNER OF LOT 3, BLOCK 2 OF SAID DORSCH ACRES. SAID SE CORNER
WAS COMPUTED USING A DISTANCE -DISTANCE INTERSECTION USING THE
AFORMENTIONED SW CORNER OF DORSCH ACRES AND THE FOUND MONUMENT
ESTABLISHED BY GOODWIN IN CS06942 BEING 71.85 FEET NORTHERLY OF SAID SE
CORNER, SAID POINT BEING THE NE CORNER OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY. THIS FITS
WELL WITH OTHER MONUMENTS WITHIN DORSCH ACRES AS SHOWN.
THE EAST LINE WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF
NW 9TH/ ST/NW CANYON DRIVE PER CURRY ADDITION. THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE
OF SAID ROAD WAS COMPUTED PER CURRY ADDITION THEN ROTATED TO FIT
BETWEEN SET AND FOUND MONUMENTS AS SHOWN.
I THEN ADJUSTED THE PROPERTY LINES AND SET MONUMENTS AS SHOWN PER MY
CLIENTS DIRECTION AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH CITY OF REDMOND CASEFILE
711-20-000031-PLNG-LLA.
