SURVEYOR'S NARRATIVE
THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO SUBDIVIDE THAT PARCEL DESCRIBED IN THE
"SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE". CONTROL FOR THIS SURVEY WAS BASED ON THE PLAT
OF DON CARLOS ACRES, RECORDED AS CS06935 AND THE PLAT OF MARKS CORNER,
PHASE 1, USING MONUMENTS FOUND AS CALLED FOR ON THOSE PLATS.
BASIS OF BEARINGS IS THE EAST LINE OF TRACT 'A', MARKS CORNER, BETWEEN
RECORD MONUMENTS FOUND ON THAT LINE AT THE NE AND SE CORNERS, WITH THE
BEARING FOR THIS LINE TAKEN FROM MARKS CORNER, PHASE 1.
EXISTING PLAT MONUMENTS WERE FOUND AS CALLED FOR AT THE NE, NW, SE AND
SW CORNERS OF THE TRACT 'A', AND WERE HELD FOR THAT BOUNDARY.
THE NORTH PORTION (LOTS 6-8) WAS HELD AS FOLLOWS: THE EAST LINE WAS HELD
AS THE WESTERLY LINE OF MARKS CORNER, PHASE 1, BETWEEN RECORD PLAT
MONUMENTS FOUND THEREON. THE NORTH LINE WAS HELD BETWEEN THE MONUMENT
FOUND AT 'C' AND THE MONUMENT FOUND AT THE NW CORNER OF LOT 5, MARKS
CORNER, PHASE 1. THE WEST LINE WAS HELD BETWEEN RECORD MONUMENTS FOUND
AT 'C' AND 'D'. THE SOUTH LINE WAS SET PER APPROVED TENTATIVE PLAN.
MONUMENTS FOUND AND SET DURING THE COURSE OF THIS SURVEY ARE AS SHOWN
ON THE SUBJOINED SURVEY PLAT.
DECLARATION
KNOW ALL PEOPLE BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT KEN MARKS, (ALSO KNOWN
AS KEN L. MARKS), FEE OWNER, HAS CAUSED SAID LANDS TO BE
SUBDIVIDED INTO LOTS AND A TRACT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
PROVISIONS OF O.R.S. CHAPTER 92; AND HEREBY DEDICATES TO THE
