BASIS OF BEARINGS IS THE EAST LINE OF TRACT 'A', MARKS CORNER, BETWEEN RECORD MONUMENTS FOUND ON THAT LINE AT THE NE AND SE CORNERS, WITH THE BEARING FOR THIS LINE TAKEN FROM MARKS CORNER, PHASE 1. EXISTING PLAT MONUMENTS WERE FOUND AS CALLED FOR AT THE NE, NW, SE AND SW CORNERS OF THE TRACT 'A', AND WERE HELD FOR THAT BOUNDARY.
