INTERIOR CORNER MONUMENTATION
I, Hayes A. McCoy, P.L.S. No. 65686, being duly sworn, depose and say that in accordance with ,
ORS 92.070,1 have correctly surveyed and marked with proper monuments the interior corners
as indicated on the plat of MCKENZIE MEADOWS VILLAGE, PHASE 1 as originally recorded on January 30,
2020 as Document 2020-4461, Deschutes County Official Records.
Except the following marked with:
The 5/8" iron rod with a yellow plastic cap marked "H.A. MCCOY ENGR" set at the North end of the
centerline of McKinney Ranch Road, unable to set due to a sewer manhole, is offset S 0000'08" W 3.00
feet along the centerline of McKinney Ranch Road monumented with 5/8" iron rod with 1.5" aluminum
cap marked "H.A. MCCOY ENGR".
The 5/8" iron rod with yellow plastic cap marked "F. AST JR PLS 1938" on the South line of Tract G,
destroyed during construction and replaced with a 5/8" iron rod with yellow plastic cap marked "H.A.
MCCOY ENGR".
/V The 5/8" iron rod with orange plastic cap marked "LS 60068" at the Northeast corner of Tract A, also
being the Southeast corner of Parcel 2, Partition Plat 2014-24, destroyed during construction and
replaced with a 5/8" iron rod with yellow plastic cap marked "H.A. MCCOY ENGR".
The 5/8" iron rod with orange plastic cap marked "LS 60068" at the North end of line "L1" on the West
Right of Way line of N Reed St, destroyed during construction and replaced with a 5/8" iron rod with
yellow plastic cap marked "H.A. MCCOY ENGR".
The 5/8" iron rod with orange plastic cap marked "LS 60068" at the North end of curve "Cl" on the West
Right of Way line of N Reed St, destroyed during construction and replaced with a 5/8" iron rod with
yellow plastic cap marked "H.A. MCCOY ENGR".
The 5/8" iron rod with orange plastic cap marked "LS 60068" at the Northeast corner of Parcel 2,
