SURVEYOR' S NARRATIVE: The purpose of this survey was to adjust and monument the common line between the consolidated Lots 2, and 3, and Lot 4, Brinson Industrial Park being Tax Lots 17-12-21 DC—TL101, and TL102, City of Bend, Deschutes County, Oregon. The Basis of Bearings is a line between the monuments found on the South Fine of said Lots 3 and 4. Control for this survey was based on referenced surveys hereon. the South corner common to said Lots 3 and 4 was not found and was determined by the proportion method. All found monuments were held in their found position for this survey. I then adjusted the common property line between said Lots as requested by our client. Monuments found and set during the course of this survey are as shown on the subjoined survey map.
