SEC. 33, T. 16 S. , R , WM SEC. 4, T. 17 S., R. 11 E., WM. 1� SURVEYORS NARRATIVE: THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO MONUMENT THE RIGHT OF WAY PER THE LEGALIZATION OF SISEMORE ROAD PER DESCHUTES COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ORDER 2020-002, RECORDED IN COMMISSIONERS JOURNAL AS CJ2020-60, IN THE VICINITY OF THE SISEMORE BRIDGE AND TUMALO RESERVOIR DAM IN SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 16 SOUTH, RANGE 11 EAST, WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN, DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON. SISEMORE ROAD WAS BUILT CIRCA 1914 AND HAS BEEN USED BY THE PUBLIC SINCE THAT TIME AND IS CLASSIFIED AS A COUNTY ROAD WITH A PORTION OF THIS ROADWAY CROSSING DEED DOCUMENT 2014-03436 AND DEED DOCUMENT 88-20572. HOWEVER, IT WAS NEVER OFFICIALLY ESTABLISHED. A BEST FIT CENTERLINE OF THE TRAVELED ROADWAY WAS HELD TO ESTABLISH THE LEGALIZED ROADWAY WITH A 60 FOOT RIGHT-OF-WAY WIDTH, 30 FEET BEING ON EACH SIDE OF THE CENTERLINE. MONUMENTS WERE SET ON THE RIGHT-OF-WAY LINES AT THE POINT OF BEGINNING, POINT OF CURVES, POINT OF TANGENTS, AND THE TERMINUS OF THE LEGALIZED ROADWAY. THE EXISTING ROADWAY AT THE TIME OF THE SURVEY IS A GRAVEL ROAD AND THE SISi MORE BRIDGE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION. POINT NO. 1010 AT THE POINT OF INTERSECTION IS CALLED AS A STEEL BAR BY SURVEY RD01529 WITH NO DIAMETER. SURVEY CS 01668 CALLS THIS SAME POINT AS A 1-1/4" BAR. THIS SURVEY FINDS THE DIAMETER TO BE 1-3/4" AND THE DISTANCE WEST OF THE SOUTH 1/4 OF SECTION 33 IS 0.09 LONGER THAN THAT MEASURED BY SURVEY CS01669. POINT 1010 WAS HELD AS AN ORIGINAL ROAD SURVEY MONUMENT. DUE TO A TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR ON THE LEGALIZATION DESCRIPTION RECORDED AS CJ2020-60 THE POINT NUMBER 1010 WAS INCORRECTLY CALLED AS A 3/4" IRON BAR. THE CORRECT SIZE IS NOTED ON THIS SURVEY.
