INTERIOR CORNER MONUMENTATION
I, Michael S. Ka.lina, Oregon Registered Professional Land Surveyor No. 89558, being duly sworn,
depose and say that in accordance with ORS 92.070, I have correctly surveyed and marked with proper
monumentation the interior corners as indicated on the plat of OUTPOST 44 as originally recorded on
July 16, 2020 as Instrument No. 2020-34276, Deschutes County Official Records. The monuments were
set on December 14, 2020.
The following changes are necessary and are as follows:
1. The southwest corner of Lot 4 was destroyed and reset with a 5/8-inch iron rod with a yellow
plastic cap inscribed "AKS ENGR.".
2. The northwest corner of Lot 1 was destroyed and reset with a 1-1/8-inch brass disk inscribed
"AKS ENGR.".
3. The northeast corner of Lot 2 was destroyed and reset with a 1-1/8-inch brass disk inscribed
"AKS ENGR.".
4. The south corner common to Lots 1 and 2 was destroyed and reset with a reference
monument bearing North 00004'30" West 2.00 feet due to a catch basin at the true corner,
reference monument is a 1-1/8-inch brass disk inscribed "AKS ENGR. RM".
