THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO SUBDIVIDE THE ORIGINAL PARCEL SHOWN AS
APPROVED BY CITY OF REDMOND PLANNING FILES PUD 99-01, PUD 05-02, MA 07-08 AND
MA 07-10. RECORD SURVEYS INCLUDED CS 12622, LLA 98-13 (CS 13638), CANYON RIM
VILLAGE, PHASE 7 (CS 17033), CANYON RIM VILLAGE, PHASE 9 (CS 19765) AND THE REMINGTON
ARMS (CS09236). FOUND MONUMENTS PER CANYON RIM VILLAGE, PHASE 9 WERE TIED AND
HELD TO DEFINE A PORTION OF THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF THE PARENT PARCEL. THE
REMAINDER OF THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY WAS CONTROLLED BY THE 1116 SECTION LINE AS
DEFINED BY THE FOUND MONUMENTS NOTED. THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY WAS CONTROLLED BY
FOUND MONUMENTS PER CANYON RIM VILLAGE, PHASE 7 AS SHOWN. THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY
WAS CONTROLLED BY FOUND MONUMENTS SET PER CS 12622 AS SHOWN. STREETS AND
INDIVIDUAL LOTS WERE CALCULATED WITHIN THE PHASE BOUNDARY. MONUMENTS WERE THEN
