THE IRON ROD PREVIOUSLY FOUND TO THE NORTH WAS FIRST FOUND BY CS10676 (R5) AS EARLY AS 1972. THE DISTANCE OF THIS EAST LINE FROM THE WEST LINE OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY DOES AGREE WITH RECORD. CS12352 (R7) SURVEYED THE EAST LINE OF THE EAST ADJOINING PROPERTY AND HELD AN IRON PIPE OF UNKNOWN ORIGIN AND A PROJECTION OF A FENCE LINE WITH SUPPORT OF TESTIMONY FROM THE LANDOWNER TO ESTABLISH THE POSITION OF THE NORTH CORNER OF THAT LINE.
