WE WERE RETAINED BY OREGON PARK TERRACE, LLC, TO PREPARE A CONDOMINIUM PLAT FOR THE BUILDINGS ON THAT
PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED IN THE SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE.
THE BOUNDARIES OF THIS PLAT WERE ESTABLISHED BY MONUMENTS FOUND AND HELD PER THE PLAT OF PARK TERRACE
(0), AS SHOWN ON SHEET 2 OF THIS PLAT.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS IS THE CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM AS DETERMINED BY GPS OBSERVATIONS USING
THE OREGON REAL-TIME GNSS NETWORK (ORGN).
