247-20-000166—LR FOR THAT PARCEL DESCRIBED IN THE "SURVEYOR'S
CERTIFICATE". CONTROL FOR THIS SURVEY WAS BASED ON RECORD SURVEYS
(R1), (R2), AND EXISTING MONUMENTS FOUND AND SET DURING THE COURSE
OF THIS SURVEY.
THE PROPERTY BOUNDARY WAS DETERMINED BY PROPORTIONATE
MEASUREMENTS OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 AS FOLLOWS:
THE LINE WAS HELD BETWEEN THE RECORD MONUMENTS FOUND AT THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER AND SOUTH 1/4 CORNER OF SECTION 17. THIS LINE WAS
HELD AS THE BASIS OF BEARINGS, WITH THE BEARING FOR THIS LINE TAKEN
FROM (R1).

CORNER WERE HELD FOR OUR SECTIONAL BREAKDOWN TO DETERMINE THE
