THE EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF DORRANCE MEADOW ROAD WAS DETERMINED AS THE LINE BETWEEN FOUND MONUMENTS (D) AND (E), AND (E) AND (B). THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF TAX LOT 5200 WAS DETERMINED AS THE POINT OF INTERSECTION OF SAID NORTHERLY BOUNDARY AND THE EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF DORRANCE MEADOW ROAD. THE ORIGINAL DEEDS OF THE THREE PROPERTIES LOCATED IN SAID PART OF SECTION 4 WERE RECORDED IN THE ORDER AS FOLLOWS [5], [6], AND THEN [7]. THEREFORE DUE TO SENIORITY OF THE DEEDS TAX LOT 5201 WAS DETERMINED TO BE THE EASTERLY 264 FEET OF SAID PART, AND TAX LOT 5202 WAS DETERMINED TO BE THE SOUTH 1 /2 OF SAID PART EXCEPT THE EASTERLY 264 FEET.
