SURVEY NARRATIVE
THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO CONSOLIDATE PART OF LOT 8
AND ALL OF LOT 9, TO ADJUST THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN LOT 9 AND
LOT 10, AND TO ADJUST THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN LOT 10 AND LOT 11
OF BLOCK 19 OF FIRST ADDITION TO AUBREY HEIGHTS. THE
CONSOLIDATION IS PURSUANT TO CITY OF BEND PLANNING FILE NUMBER
PZ 19-0242, THE ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN LOT 9 AND 10 IS PURSUANT
TO CITY OF BEND FILE NUMBER PZ 19-0243, AND THE ADJUSTMENT
BETWEEN LOT 10 AND 11 IS PURSUANT TO CITY OF BEND FILE NUMBER
PZ 19-0244.
FOUND MONUMENTS WERE HELD AS SHOWN. THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF
LOTS 11, 10, 9, AND PART OF 8 WAS DETERMINED AS THE LINE
BETWEEN FOUND MONUMENTS (B) AND (C). THE WEST BOUNDARY OF
LOT 11 WAS DETERMINED AS THE LINE BETWEEN FOUND MONUMENTS (B)
AND (D) EXCEPTING THE 40 FOOT ROW OF LINSTER PLACE. THE NORTH
BOUNDARY OF LOTS 11, 10, 9, AND A PART OF 8 WAS DETERMINED AS
THE LINE BEING PARALLEL TO AND 40 FEET SOUTHERLY TO THE LINE
BETWEEN MONUMENTS (D) AND (E) WITH A LENGTH DETERMINED USING
SINGLE PROPORTIONATE MEASUREMENT. THE EAST LINE WAS
DETERMINED AS A LINE BETWEEN MONUMENT (C) AND THE
EASTERNMOST END OF THE PREVIOUSLY DESCRIBED NORTH LINE.
THE DEEDS FOR THE ADJUSTED LOTS ARE RECORDED AS INSTRUMENT
NUMBER 2021-19423, INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2021-19424, AND
-19425, DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2021
RECORDS.
