SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE:
I, Kevin James Blakley, a Registered Professional Land Surveyor No.
69432 in the State of Oregon, do hereby certify that I or those under
my direct supervision have made a survey of the lands shown on this
plat of survey and further certify that said lands were correctly
surveyed according to State Statutes and the Rules of Common Law.
SURVEYOR'S NARRATIVE:
The purpose of this survey was to re—establish the Southwest corner of
Lot 9, Block 2, Fairway Point Village I, Deschutes County, Oregon.
Control for this survey was based on the plat of Fairway Point Village I,
recorded as CS07163, and existing monuments found during the course
of this survey from said plat. Basis of bearings for this survey is the
North line of Lot 9 per said plat of Fairway Point Village I. The
Southeast corner of Lot 8, Block 2, Fairway Point Village I, was found
and held in this survey. Proportionate measurement method was then
used to re—establish the said Southwest corner of said Lot 9.
Monuments found and set during the course of this survey are as
shown on the subjoined survey map.
