PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED IN THE SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE.
THE BOUNDARIES OF THIS PLAT WERE ESTABLISHED BY MONUMENTS FOUND AND HELD PER THE PLAT OF PARK TERRACE (0)
AND THE PLAT OF PARK TERRACE CONDOMINIUMS SUPPLEMENTAL PLAT NO. 1: ANNEXATION OF STAGE 2(r 2), AS SHOWN ON
SHEET 2 OF THIS PLAT. THE MONUMENT AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 11, PARK TERRACE, WAS FOUND 2.23' OUT OF
POSITION, ALONG THE CURVE AS SHOWN, AND WAS NOT HELD. THIS CORNER WAS RE-ESTABLISHED BY PROPORTIONING
BETWEEN THE MOST WESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 11 AND THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 10, PARK TERRACE, WHICH
FIT THE RECORD CURVE DISTANCE VERY WELL.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS IS THE CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM AS DETERMINED BY GPS OBSERVATIONS USING
THE OREGON REAL-TIME GNSS NETWORK (ORGN).
