TO ESTABLISH THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF COLUMBIA STREET, I OFFSET 60.00 FEET EASTERLY THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE AS MEASURED BETWEEN THE MONUMENTS FOUND AT SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 11, BLOCK 6 AND THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 17, BLOCK 6, HIGHLAND ADDITION.
