THE SAME CONTAINING 13.63 ACRES. NARRATIVE WE WERE COMMISSIONED BY THE CITY OF REDMOND TO PARTITION PARCEL 1 OF PARTITION PLAT 2015-21 (REFERENCE SURVEY J) INTO A FIVE ACRE PARCEL AND A REMAINDER. IN THE SURVEY OF THIS PARTITION WE FIRST RECOVERED THE CONTROL FROM OUR SURVEY OF PP 2015-21. WE FOUND ALL MONUMENTS ALONG THE NORTH AND WEST BOUNDARIES OF PARCEL 1 IN PLACE. WE DETERMINED THAT ALL MONUMENTATION ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF PARCEL 1 WAS DESTROYED IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF GREENWOOD AVENUE. MONUMENTS ON THE SOUTH PLAT BOUNDARY WERE RESET IN RECORD POSITION. THE NEW PARTITION LINE WAS CALCULATED AND MONUMENTED AS SHOWN. THE BEARINGS OF THIS SURVEY ARE BASED ON THE NORTH LINE OF THE NE 1 /4 SE 1 /4, AS PER REFERENCE SURVEYS H AND J.
