NARRATIVE
WE WERE COMMISSIONED BY JEAN WETZEL, AND GREG AND JANET LEE
SCHWEIZER TO ADJUST THEIR COMMON PROPERTY BOUNDARY, SITUATED
NEAR THE LINE BETWEEN LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 2, NORTH CANYON
ESTATES, TO A LINE ADJACENT TO A ROCK WALL, DRIVEWAY AND
LANDSCAPING LOCATED ALONG THEIR COMMON OCCUPATION LINE. NOTE
THAT A PORTION OF THIS LINE WAS PREVIOUSLY ADJUSTED BY LLA 03-17
(REFERENCE SURVEY C).
IN OUR SURVEY THOSE MONUMENTS SHOWN AS FOUND, AND THE
IMPROVEMENTS ALONG THE NEW PROPERTY LINE WERE LOCATED WITH OUR
GPS EQUIPMENT. THE POSITIONS OF ALL MONUMENTS WERE HELD AS
FOUND. MONUMENTS FOUND ON THE ENDS OF LINE L5 MATCH RECORD
COURSE AND DISTANCE, AS SHOWN ON REFERENCE SURVEY C, AND RECORD
MEASUREMENTS PER THIS SURVEY WERE HELD FOR LINES L5, L6, L9 AND
L 10. THE PROLONGATION OF THE WEST LINE OF LOT 9 WAS HELD FOR
THE WEST LINE OF LOT 8. THE WEST END OF LINE L6 AND THE WITNESS
MONUMENT NEAR THE CANYON RIM WERE HELD FOR THE NORTH LINE OF
LOT 8. RECORD RADIUS, THE MONUMENT AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF
LOT 7, AND THE EAST END OF LINE L 10 WERE HELD FOR THE WEST
RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF CANYON DRIVE. THE NORTH LINE OF LOT 8 WAS
CLOSED TO SAID PROLONGATION AND SAID WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE.
WITH THE PREVIOUS SCHWEIZER/WETZEL BOUNDARY THUS ESTABLISHED, THE
DESIRED ADJUSTMENTS WERE CALCULATED, DESCRIBED AND MONUMENTED AS
SHOWN. THE BEARINGS OF THIS SURVEY ARE BASED ON THE WEST LINE
OF LOT 9, AS PER REFERENCE SURVEYS A, B AND C.
NEW WETZEL TRACT
