WE WERE RETAINED BY JACK ROBINSON & SONS, INC. TO MONUMENT THE ADJUSTED PROPERTY LINE
PER DESCHUTES COUNTY PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT, PROJECT NO. 247-21-000175-LL.
THE PROPERTIES INCLUDED IN THIS ADJUSTMENT ARE ADJUSTED PARCEL 2, PARTITION PLAT 2008-41 AS
DESCRIBED IN BARGAIN AND SALE DEED, INSTRUMENT NO.2020-67868 AND THE LANDS IDENTIFIED AS
PARCEL 2 AS DESCRIBED IN STATUTORY WARRANTY DEED, INSTRUMENT NO.2017-12981.
THIS SURVEY WAS BASED ON MY PREVIOUS SURVEY OF A PORTION OF THE PROPERTIES FILED JANUARY
8, 2021 AS CS20416 IN THE OFFICE OF THE DESCHUTES COUNTY SURVEYOR'S OFFICE, HEREON
REFERENCED AS (R1). I WAS ABLE TO UTILIZED MY ESTABLISHED SURVEY CONTROL AND RECOVERED
MONUMENTS TO SET THE CORNER MONUMENT OF THE ADJUSTED LINE. REFERENCE SHOULD BE MADE
TO MY ABOVE REFERENCE PREVIOUS SURVEY FOR A MORE COMPLETE OVERVIEW OF MY BOUNDARY
RESOLUTION. COURSES AND CURVES NOTED WITH " *COURSE " INDICATE MY MEASURED VALUES PER
CS20416.
THE SOURCE OF THE 5/8" IRON ROD WITH 2" ALUMINUM CAP RECOVERED ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF
PARCEL 2 WAS NOT FOUND. THIS POSITION PER PARTITION PLAT NO. 2008-41 AND NUMEROUS OTHER
SURVEYS IS REPORTED TO BE MONUMENTED WITH A 5/8" IRON ROD WITH YELLOW PLASTIC CAP MARKED
"DEA INC".
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM AS
DETERMINED BY GPS OBSERVATIONS USING THE OREGON REAL-TIME GNSS NETWORK (ORGN).
