with ORS 92.070, 1 have correctly surveyed and marked with proper monuments the interior
corners as indicated on the plat of River's Edge Village, Phases XIX and XX as originally
recorded on November 23, 2020, Instrument No. 2020-62887, Deschutes County Records,
Deschutes County Survey No. CS20372, except that due to the existence of a concrete curb or
sidewalk at the corner location, a nail with brass tag marked "HWA" was set in a lead plug in a
drill hole in the concrete at the following corners:
1. The corner common to Lots 45 and 46 on the easterly line of Common A, NW Hidden
Ridge Drive.
2. The southerly terminus of C9 (Lot 46) on the easterly line of Common A, NW Hidden
Ridge Drive.
3. The northerly terminus of C18 (Lot 53) on the easterly line of Common A, NW Hidden
Ridge Drive.
4. The southerly terminus of C18 (Lot 53) on the northerly line of Common A, NW Hidden
Ridge Drive.
