AN EXTENSIVE MONUMENT SEARCH FOR ONE BLOCK IN EVERY CARDINAL DIRECTION IN THE AREA FOUND THAT MANY OF THE ORIGINAL MONUMENTS IN THE AREA WERE MISSING, MOSTLY DUE TO MODERN SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION I PRESUME. THE EAST LINE OF LOT 13, BLOCK 26, BEND, WAS FOUND TO HAVE LEGITIMATE MONUMENTS THAT FIT RECORD PLAT DIMENSIONS WELL. I HELD SAID EAST LINE AND MODELED THE RECORD PLAT OF BEND LOT 13 AND 14 DIMENSIONS AND HUNG THEM ON SAID EAST LINE. RIGHT-OF-WAY WIDTH WAS SUFFICIENT AS SHOWN ON THIS MAP VIA MONUMENT ON THE SOUTH LINE OF HAWTHORNE AVENUE, THE WEST LINE OF HILL STREET AND THE NORTH LINE OF THE ALLEY ADJOINING SAID LOT 13 AND 14. THE PRODUCT OF THIS PROPERTY LINE CONSOLIDATION IS TO COMBINE ALL OF SAID LOT 13 AND 14, BLOCK 26, BEND, INTO ONE LOT. LOTS 13 AND 14 CONTAINS 0.32 ACRES, 14,000 SQUARE FEET, MORE OR LESS. 1. VESTING DEED FOR ALL PORTIONS OF LOTS 13 AND 14 OF BLOCK 26 IS DOCUMENT 2020-45910. BOTH LOTS ARE RETAINED BY WOOD HILL HOMES INC. 2.
