TAX LOT 1702 IS A PORTION OF PARCEL 3, PARTITION PLAT 2003-10 AND A PORTION OF PARCEL 1, PARTITION PLAT 2003-11, AS PREVIOUSLY ADJUSTED AND SHOWN ON RECORD OF SURVEY, CS18894(r5). THE PURPOSE OF THIS ADJUSTMENT IS TO RELOCATE THE BOUNDARY LINE BETWEEN THE THREE TAX LOTS TO BETTER ACCOMMODATE FUTURE DEVELOPMENT. THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID TAX LOTS WERE PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED BY HICKMAN WILLIAMS AND ASSOCIATES, INC.
