THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS CREATE A ONE PARCEL PARTITION OF THAT
PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE "SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE", TO SATISFY CITY OF BEND
PLANNING REQUIREMENTS. CONTROL FOR THIS SURVEY WAS BASED ON THE PRIOR
SURVEY OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, CS16927, AND OTHER SURVEYS AS NOTED.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS A LINE BETWEEN THE RECORD
MONUMENTS FOUND AT THE NORTHEAST AND SOUTHEAST CORNERS OF THE SUBJECT
PROPERTY, WITH THE BEARING TAKEN FROM CS16927.
THE NORTH AND SOUTH LINES WERE HELD THROUGH RECORD MONUMENTS FOUND ON
