"SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE". CONTROL FOR THIS SURVEY WAS BASED ON THE PLAT OF
DON CARLOS ACRES, RECORDED AS CS06935, THE PLAT OF MARKS CORNER, PHASE 1
(CS19634), AND THE PLAT OF MARKS CORNER, PHASES 2 & 3 (CSC, USING
MONUMENTS FOUND AS CALLED FOR ON THOSE PLATS. 204ZO
BASIS OF BEARINGS IS THE EAST LINE OF TRACT 'A', MARKS CORNER, BETWEEN
RECORD MONUMENTS FOUND ON THAT LINE AT THE NE AND SE CORNERS, WITH THE
