THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO CONSOLIDATE LOT 10 AND LOT 11
OF REPLAT OF LOTS 2-7, BLOCK 3 SUNSHINE ADDITION PER CITY OF
REDMOND FILE NUMBER: 711-20-000216-PLNG (LC).
THE BOUNDARIES OF THESE PROPERTIES WERE DETERMINED BY HOLDING
FOUND MONUMENTS AS SHOWN AND BY THE PROLONGATION OF LINES
BETWEEN FOUND MONUMENTS (A) AND (B), (G) AND (D), AND (F) AND
(E) PER RECORD DISTANCES IN [1], AND HOLDING RECORD TANGENT
DISTANCES AND RECORD RADIUS PER [1 ] FOR BOUNDARY COINCIDENT
WITH CANAL CENTERLINE.
THE NEW DEED FOR THE CONSOLIDATED PROPERTY IS RECORDED AS
