REAL-TIME GNSS NETWORK (ORGN). THE BEARING ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF THE NORTHEAST ONE -QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST ONE -QUARTER OF SECTION 30, IS

THE WEST LINE OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY BEING ALONG A PORTION OF THE WEST LINE OF SAID NORTHEAST ONE -QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST ONE -QUARTER OF
SECTION 30, WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE FOUND MONUMENT AT THE SW 1/16 CORNER PER PARTITION PLAT NUMBER 1999-3 (R5), AND BY HOLDING THE FOUND
MONUMENT AT THE C-W 1/16 CORNER PER CS13488 (R4). SAID MONUMENTS WERE HELD AND RELIED UPON BY SURROUNDING PLATS AND SURVEYS ADJOINING THE
SUBJECT PROPERTY.
THE NORTHERLY LINE OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE FOUND MONUMENTS PER PARTITION PLAT NUMBER 2005-48 (R6). SAID MONUMENTS
WERE HELD AS ORIGINAL PLAT MONUMENTS OF THE ADJOINING PLATTED LAND.
THE EASTERLY LINE OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY BEING THE CENTERLINE OF THE CENTRAL OREGON IRRIGATION DISTRICT (COID) LATERAL B, WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING
THE FOUND MONUMENTS PER MAJOR PARTITION NUMBER MJP-78-20 (R2), AND PER "PRAIRIE CROSSING, PHASES 4 AND 5" (R8). THE MONUMENTATION PER MJP-78-20
(R2) WAS HELD TO RESOLVE THE PROPERTY LINE RATHER THAN THE CURRENT POSITION OF THE CENTERLINE OF THE LATERAL THE FOUND MONUMENTS WERE HELD AS
MONUMENTS OF LONG-STANDING RECORD AND AS THE BEST EVIDENCE OF OFFSETS TO THE CENTERLINE OF THE CANAL AT THE TIME OF THE 1978 MAJOR PARTITION
PLAT. THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING RECORD DISTANCE OF 257.75 (PER MINOR LAND PARTITION MP-79-122 (R3))
EASTERLY ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID NORTHEAST ONE -QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST ONE -QUARTER OF SECTION 30. THIS POSITION AGREES WITH THE FOUND
MONUMENT PER MJP-78-20 (R2) LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE WESTERLY CANAL EASEMENT LINE (25.00 FOOT WESTERLY OFFSET FROM LATERAL CENTERLINE)
AND THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION SUBDIVISION (MONUMENT SHOWN ON SHEET 2, DETAIL A). SUBJECT PROPERTY DEED (INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2021-28328) AND
MJP-78-20 (R2) CALL FOR A DISTANCE OF 262.69 FEET FROM THE C-W 1/16 ALONG SAID SECTION SUBDIVISION LINE TO THE CENTERLINE OF THE LATERAL, THIS
DISTANCE WAS BASED ON THE POSITION OF THE C-W 1/16 CORNER PER CS01407 (R1) WHICH DID NOT PROPERLY BREAK DOWN THE SECTION. SAID SURVEY HELD
MID -POINT FOR THE C-W 1/16 CORNER RATHER THAN PROPORTIONING ACCOUNTING FOR THE GOVERNMENT LOTS ALONG THE WESTERLY TIER OF THE SECTION. THE SAME
SURVEYOR LATER CORRECTED THE POSITION OF SAID C-W 1/16 WHICH WAS FILED AS CS13488 (R4). THE ERRONEOUSLY PERPETUATED CORNER POSITION WOULD HAVE
FALLEN APPROXIMATELY 4.94 FEET WEST OF THE CURRENT HELD POSITION. HOLDING THE SAID DEED AND MJP-78-20 (R2) DISTANCE OF 262.69 FEET FROM THE
CURRENT ACCEPTED C-W 1/16 CORNER WOULD HAVE CAUSED CONFLICT WITH THE MONUMENTS FOUND PER SAID MJP-78-20 (R2) ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE, AND
THEREFORE SAID RECORD DISTANCE OF 262.69 FEET WAS NOT HELD. THE FOUND MONUMENT PER MJP-78-20 (R2) LOCATED ALONG SW BADGER AVENUE WAS HELD AS
THE EASTERLY CANAL EASEMENT LINE (45.00 FOOT EASTERLY OFFSET FROM LATERAL CENTERLINE). THE PORTION OF THE EASTERLY LINE SOUTH OF SW BADGER AVENUE
WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE FOUND MONUMENTATION AND RESOLUTION PER THE ADJOINING PLAT OF "PRAIRIE CROSSING, PHASES 4 AND 5" (R8).
THE SOUTH LINE OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY BEING ALONG A PORTION OF THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID NORTHEAST ONE -QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST ONE -QUARTER OF
