THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID LOTS WERE PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED BY HWA PER THE PLAT OF DRY CANYON, PHASE 1 SOUTH(r1). PER THIS SURVEY MONUMENTS WERE SET AT THE CORNERS OF THE ADJUSTED LINES PER THE APPROVED PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT. THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM AS DETERMINED BY GPS OBSERVATIONS USING THE OREGON REAL-TIME GNSS NETWORK (ORGN).
