THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO ADJUST THE COMMON BOUNDARY LINE BETWEEN
CURRENT TAX LOTS 15-13-1800-01000 AND 01 D03 AS APPROVED BY DESCHUTES COUNTY
PLANNING FILE 247-19-000424-LL. RECORD SURVEYS PERTINENT TO THE ORIGINAL TRACTS
OF LAND INCLUDED CSO 1 153, CS 16377, PARTITION PLAT NO. 20D8-01 (CS 17609) AND A
PREVIOUS SERIES PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT 247-16-00090-LL TO 247-16-00094-LL
(CS 19194).
BOUNDARIES FOR BOTH OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTIES WERE ESTABLISHED BY A PREVIOUS
SERIES PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT BY ME (CS 19194). MONUMENTS, NOTED PER CS 19194,
WERE FOUND AND HELD TO ESTABLISH ALL EXTERIOR BOUNDARIES OF THE ORIGINAL TRACTS
AS SHOWN HEREON. NEW MONUMENTS WERE SET TO DEFINE THE ADJUSTED BOUNDARY
LINES AS INDICATED AND PROPERTY DESCRIPTIONS FOR THE ADJUSTMENT AND RESULTING
TRACTS WERE PREPARED. DEEDS TO PERFECT THE ADJUSTMENT WERE RECORDED AS
