HomeMy WebLinkAboutSurvey 20569BOUNDARY SURVEY OF LOTS 4 AND A PORTION OF LOT 3 IN BLOCK 19 OF BONNE HOME ADDITION TOGETHER WITH A 10 FOOT STRIP OF KINGSTON AVENUE SITUATE IN THE NE1/4 SW 1/4 OF SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 17S, RANGE 12 E.W.M, CITY OF BEND, DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON NARRATIVE THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO SET THE MONUMENTS (MONS OR MON) THAT DEFINE THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PROPERTY LABELED AS TAX LOT (TL) 507 OF MAP 171231 CA & DESCRIBED AS LOTS 3 & 4 EXCEPT THE EAST 10 FEET OF LOT 3 TOGETHER WITH THE PORTION OF KINGSTON AVE. THAT INURED TO SAID LOT BY CITY OF BEND ORDINANCE NO. NS-1913. I ESTABLISHED THE ORIGINAL WEST BOUNDARY OF TL 507 BY HOLDING THE LINE BETWEEN FOUND MONS 102 &105, THEN INTERSECTED THAT LINE BY PROJECTING THE LINE FROM MON 108 THROUGH MON 107 TO SAID WEST BOUNDARY THUS ESTABLISHING THE ORIGINAL NW CORNER OF BLOCK 19 (CALC POINT 500). THE NE CORNER OF TL 507 WAS SET AT THE CALCULATED MEASUREMENT FROM RECORD SURVEY (A) OF 0.57' N 89°53'53"E; THENCE REVERSING COURSE FROM CALC POINT 500 TO INTERSECT A LINE PARALLEL AND 10 FEET FROM THE ORIGINAL WEST LINE OF TL 507 SET THE NEW NW CORNER OF TL 507. THE NEW SW CORNER OF TL 507 WAS SET ON THE AFORESAID PARALLEL LINE AT THE INTERSECTION WITH A LINE PROJECTED FROM MON 110 THROUGH MON 102. THE SE CORNER OF TL 507 WAS SET AT RECORD SURVEY (A) DISTANCE ON THE LINE BETWEEN MONS 110 & 102. NOTE THAT THE ORIGINAL EAST LINE OF BLOCK 18 AS SHOWN AND MEASURED BY PERRY [REFERENCE (B)] IS SHOWN ONLY FOR A ROUGH CHECK AS FOUND MON 101 WAS FOUND BENT AND DISTURBED, WE APPROXIMATED THE VERTICAL ENTRY FOR OUR MEASUREMENTS TO MON 101.
