THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO DETERMINE AND MONUMENT A PROPERTY LINE
ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN THAT TRACT OF LAND CONVEYED TO STEPHEN W. HANSINK AND
(R2YHELD LINDALOU C. HANSINK IN DOCUMENT NO. 2019-40905, DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL
RECORDS, AND THAT TRACT OF LAND CONVEYED TO THE COUCH FAMILY TRUST IN
DOCUMENT NO. 2020-23270, DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS, PER DESCHUTES
COUNTY PLANNING FILE NUMBER 247-20-000738-LL, AND PER MY CLIENT'S DIRECTION.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF THE HANSINK TRACT,
BETWEEN RECORD MONUMENTS PER (R1).
MONUMENTS FOUND PER (R1), (R2) AND (R3) FIT RECORD POSITIONS, AND WERE HELD TO
ESTABLISH THE RECORD LINES BETWEEN THE SUBJECT PROPERTIES.
